Arson; indicted September 1876; Reuben O'Neil, aged 50 years, hair getting gray,
face very red, drinks a good deal, eyes gray, 6 feet high, lively, talkative.
The other two are young men; James is a son of Reuben O'Neil; they are all
together out west, and are well armed and will be hard to arrest.
THOMPSON, Frank and Simon...
Murder; indicted March, 1877; Simon 5 feet 8 inches high, 28 year old, skin
fair, eyes blue, hair auburn, little beard, sharp features, can't write. Frank
has dark hair, 5 feet 10 inches high, dark eyes, looks up from under his
eye-brows, little hump-shouldered, not very talkative, somewhat of country
appearance.

high, heavy set, very thick lips, rather talkative and boastful, especially of
his property.

the western counties.

complexion, hair and eyes dark, 24 years old, talks quick, slight brogue, rather
talkative, great trader.

Burglary; indicted June, 1875; former very bald-headed, gray eyes, hair light,
speaks sharp, very full forehead, intelligent looking, average size; latter,
small, dark hair and eyes, quick spoken, talkative, 35 years old; both Northern

for a preacher, is a Mason; went from here to Louisiana, but may be now in the
West.
